Biography

Dr. Muhammad Zeeshan Mirza is an Assistant Professor of Management at New Uzbekistan University. He earned his PhD in Management from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia, where he also lectured courses in ethics and organizational behavior. Before joining NewUU, he served as an Assistant Professor at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Pakistan. His expertise spans leadership, organizational behavior, HRM, and occupational health and safety. Dr. Mirza has published extensively in high-impact journals and actively contributes to international conferences and collaborative research projects.
