Biography

Ulugbek Khasanov is an Associate Professor (Dr.) with a PhD in Political Science. His previous roles include Aide and Press Secretary to the President of Uzbekistan, Associate Professor, Senior Consultant at the Office of the President, Regional Consultant for Marc Rich Investment S.A. in Geneva, and Senior Expert at the Cabinet of Ministers. His early career included consulting roles in London and assistance to the Chairman of Rosneftegas. His research interests include geopolitics, international relations theories, digital and rational diplomacy, and regional security. He teaches courses on Digital Diplomacy, Geopolitics, International Relations Theory, and Regional Security.
