Biography

Dr. Odiljon S. Abdurazzakov is an academic and innovation policy expert specializing in entrepreneurship, strategic management, and technology transfer. His professional journey spans universities, government agencies, and international institutions across Europe, the United States, and Central Asia. He has contributed to developing entrepreneurial ecosystems, designing innovation-driven curricula, and strengthening university–industry collaboration.
