The Rectors' School invites outstanding national and international experts, practitioners, policymakers and academic leaders to contribute to the development of Uzbekistan's future university leadership.

We seek individuals with demonstrated expertise, strategic vision and practical experience who can inspire, challenge and equip current and future rectors with the knowledge and competencies required to lead modern higher education institutions.

• Strategic Leadership & Transformation;
• Academic Management & Admissions;

Who Should Apply

Candidates are expected to demonstrate the following:

Professional Expertise

Substantial professional, academic or executive experience directly related to one or more programme modules.

Leadership Experience

Senior leadership experience within higher education institutions, government agencies, research organisations, international organisations or other relevant sectors is highly desirable.

Excellent Public Speaking Skills

Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging lectures, seminars and executive-level discussions both in-person and online.

Candidates should possess:

• clear and structured communication;
• strong presentation and facilitation skills;
• the ability to engage executive audiences;
• experience moderating discussions and interactive learning activities.
  

Practice-Oriented Approach

Ability to connect theory with practice through real-world cases, institutional experience and practical management tools applicable to higher education leadership.

International Perspective

Knowledge of international trends, global higher education systems, university governance, institutional transformation and international best practices is considered a strong advantage.

• Vice-Rector / Provost;
• Dean or Director of a higher education institution;
• Senior government official responsible for higher education;

• Executive leader in research, innovation or digital transformation;
• Professor with significant leadership responsibilities;
