Meetings were held with University President Dr. Lee Yun-jae, Prof. Yongtae Shin (Dean of the IT Graduate School), and Prof. Wee Kyung Kang (Dean of the Natural Sciences College).
Discussions focused on joint research, student exchange, and broader academic cooperation, resulting in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

An insightful meeting took place with Shinki An, a senior leader in the medical field and a distinguished professor with extensive experience working with Uzbekistan’s healthcare system. The discussion covered academic cooperation and future collaboration opportunities.

Meetings with Vice President Seung Woo Lee and Yong Lak Joo focused on innovation, technology transfer, and prospects for industry–university collaboration. Samsung SDI is one of the world’s leading producers of battery and energy storage technologies.
???? Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST)
Discussions with Gyun Min Lee, Head of Academic Affairs and Executive Vice President, centered on strengthening research collaboration and increasing academic mobility.
These meetings will create new opportunities for New Uzbekistan University students and faculty to study, conduct research, and exchange experience at some of South Korea’s most prestigious universities and research centers.
