The School of Computer Technologies at New Uzbekistan University has achieved a significant milestone in artificial intelligence research. A scientific paper co-authored by Professor Bugra Caskurlu of New Uzbekistan University and Ali Eser, a PhD candidate at the University of Illinois Chicago, has been accepted to IJCAI 2026 (International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence) — one of the world’s most prestigious conferences in the field of artificial intelligence.

The research focuses on multi-agent systems and their collaboration mechanisms, addressing some of the most relevant and emerging topics in contemporary AI research.

This achievement holds particular significance as it represents one of the first research publications from Uzbekistan in a field recognized by the widely respected CSRankings system.

The accomplishment reflects New Uzbekistan University’s growing research capacity, expanding international collaborations, and continued commitment to advancing cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence.
