Biography

Professor Alisher Dedahanov is a scholar of organizational behavior and human resource management with over 11 years of teaching and research experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He consistently receives top-tier teaching evaluations (above 90%), has supervised Ph.D. research, and has authored more than 27 papers in SSCI-indexed journals (h-index: 20). His work focuses on leadership, employee voice and silence, creativity, and organizational innovation.
