Biography

Oxana Budjko has over 30 years of experience in international higher education. She has played a leading role in building global partnerships, coordinating student mobility, and promoting cross-border academic collaboration. Her professional background spans top ranked universities’ global outlook in Russia and Uzbekistan, where she has successfully developed international programs, short term programs, and global alumni engagement initiatives.
