Belov Pavel

Dr. Pavel A. Belov is an internationally recognized physicist specializing in metamaterials, plasmonics, and nanophotonics. His pioneering contributions to subwavelength imaging, electromagnetic crystals, and metasurfaces have earned him numerous international awards and fellowships.
