Biography

Dr. Pavel A. Belov is an internationally recognized physicist specializing in metamaterials, plasmonics, and nanophotonics. His pioneering contributions to subwavelength imaging, electromagnetic crystals, and metasurfaces have earned him numerous international awards and fellowships. With over 260 journal publications, leadership in large-scale research projects, and active roles in international scientific communities, Dr. Belov is regarded as one of the leading figures in advanced electromagnetics and photonic materials.
