Accounting Department

Accounting is a regulated system for collecting, recording, and summarizing accounting information through the comprehensive, continuous, and documented registration of all business transactions, as well as for preparing financial and other reports based on this information.

The Department carries out its activities in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Presidential decrees, resolutions, and orders, accounting standards, other applicable regulatory legal acts in the field of education, the University Charter, decisions of the University Council, and orders of the Rector.

Organizing and ensuring accounting in accordance with regulatory documents, as well as the efficient use of material, labor, and financial resources;

Maintaining accounting records and preparing financial statements in compliance with current legislation;

Accurately and timely recording the University’s financial and economic transactions in the accounting system;

Effectively planning the University’s budget and expenditure estimates;

Maintaining accurate and reliable records of funds and their movement;

Calculating salaries and other payments and ensuring their timely disbursement;

Calculating taxes, fees, and other mandatory payments and ensuring their payment within established deadlines;

Accounting for and controlling fixed assets, tangible assets, and inventory;

Performing and monitoring financial settlements under contracts;

Implementing digital accounting and automated accounting systems.

Services Provided

Timely calculation and control of salary payments for the University’s academic staff and employees;

Preparation of financial, tax, and other reports and their submission to relevant authorities;

Control over the receipt, issuance, and accounting of inventory and fixed assets in accordance with established rules, as well as supervision of high-quality inventories conducted within established procedures and deadlines;

Formalization of payments, invoices, and settlements under contracts signed with local and foreign partner organizations;

Monitoring and managing financial relations arising from tuition fee contracts signed with University students, including the administration and accounting of contract-based tuition payments.
