Project office for the establishment of the Faculty of Medicine
The Project Office for the Establishment of a Medical University is a special institutional structure established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 151 dated April, 28 2025. The Project Office is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing the project for the establishment of a medical faculty, a university clinic and a medical research laboratory.
The Project Office carries out comprehensive management of academic development, clinical infrastructure, integration of scientific research, international cooperation, financing and ensuring compliance with national and international standards. It acts as a central coordination platform ensuring cooperation between state bodies, the university, leading German universities and university clinics, international partners and financial institutions.
