Tutor Group

The Tutors’ Group provides day-to-day student mentoring and administrative support to ensure attendance, academic progress, discipline, and student well-being. Operating under the Department of Spirituality and Enlightenment, tutors serve as the direct link between students, parents, psychologists, and university units. The group promotes national and universal values, a healthy lifestyle, and prevention initiatives against harmful habits and security risks. Tutors monitor learning outcomes, help organize consultations and extra lessons, support student participation in clubs and competitions, and provide targeted assistance to vulnerable groups (including students with disabilities, orphans, and low-income students).

Core Values

Track attendance and academic performance; trigger follow-ups for unjustified absences

Promote ethical behavior and healthy lifestyle; prevent harmful habits and related risks

Family–community–university coordination: engage parents, conduct meetings, and maintain active communication

Organize extra lessons/consultations; support low-performing students (peer pairing) and develop talented students

Organize participation in cultural, sports, and educational events, including first-year adaptation activities

Focus on vulnerable categories; monitor dormitory/rented housing conditions and propose improvements
