The department is responsible for ensuring high-quality and reliable internet services across the university and providing IT support to staff. Its main role is to deliver Help Desk services, respond to technical issues, and assist employees with organizational and system-related tasks. The department also manages and maintains servers, network infrastructure, and core IT systems to ensure stable and secure operations. By providing timely technical support and maintaining reliable digital services, the department supports the university’s daily activities and contributes to an efficient working environment.
