Department of Control and Execution Control

The Department of Document Control and Execution Monitoring is responsible for ensuring the timely circulation, registration, and execution of official documents within the University. The department manages decrees, resolutions, and orders issued by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, and the Agency of Specialized Educational Institutions. All incoming documents are promptly delivered to the University Rector, Vice Rectors, and relevant departments. The department monitors compliance with normative legal acts regulating the University’s activities and regularly reports to the University administration. In addition, it prepares analytical data related to university management, academic staff, and students, and ensures the efficient operation of the registry system.
