Role Overview:

Lead the university’s Career Center to provide students and graduates with effective career services, employer engagement opportunities, and skill-building initiatives. Strengthen university–industry relations and develop innovative programs to enhance employability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct job placement, internships, career counseling, and employer relations;
  • Organize career fairs, workshops, and professional development events;
  • Build and expand partnerships with employers, industry leaders, and government agencies;
  • Support students in developing career readiness skills and professional networks;
  • Track and report on student employability outcomes and labor market trends;
  • Collaborate with academic divisions to integrate career services into curricula.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Education, or related field;
  • Experience in career services, HR, or industry collaboration;
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills;
  • Knowledge of job market trends and recruitment practices;
  • Ability to design and deliver career development programs;
  • Proficiency in English, Uzbek and Russian.
