Role Overview:
Lead the university’s Career Center to provide students and graduates with effective career services, employer engagement opportunities, and skill-building initiatives. Strengthen university–industry relations and develop innovative programs to enhance employability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct job placement, internships, career counseling, and employer relations;
- Organize career fairs, workshops, and professional development events;
- Build and expand partnerships with employers, industry leaders, and government agencies;
- Support students in developing career readiness skills and professional networks;
- Track and report on student employability outcomes and labor market trends;
- Collaborate with academic divisions to integrate career services into curricula.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Education, or related field;
- Experience in career services, HR, or industry collaboration;
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills;
- Knowledge of job market trends and recruitment practices;
- Ability to design and deliver career development programs;
- Proficiency in English, Uzbek and Russian.
