Biography

Anastasia Salnikova is an Assistant Professor at New Uzbekistan University with a research focus on environmental management, circular economy, quality management, and sustainability. She holds a PhD in Economics (Innovation Management) from the V. A. Trapeznikov Institute of Control Sciences in Moscow, along with Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Total Quality Management and Metrology from Kuban State University, Russia. Her academic career spans over a decade across several institutions, including Kuban State University, Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN), and the Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent.
