Role Overview:
Manage the university’s human resources functions, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and staff support. Ensure compliance with labor regulations, foster a positive workplace culture, and develop policies to attract, retain, and develop talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment processes including job postings, candidate selection, and onboarding;
- Oversee HR administration, contracts, personnel records, and compliance;
- Implement HR policies and ensure alignment with labor laws and institutional guidelines;
- Manage performance review systems and support staff development;
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace engagement initiatives;
- Contribute to strategic workforce planning and organizational development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
- Proven experience in HR management, recruitment, and administration;
- Strong knowledge of labor law, HR policies, and best practices;
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information;
- Proficiency in English, Uzbek and Russian.
