Position: Coordinator / Supervisor for Presidential School Interns Faculty: School of Engineering, New Uzbekistan University

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide guidance to Presidential School students undertaking internships at the School of Engineering.
  • Support interns in solving academic, organizational, and personal issues during their practice.
  • Distribute lessons among faculty members and coordinate with them regarding all internship-related questions.
  • Work with all documents related to the interns’ studies, practice, and academic progress.
  • Coordinate between university faculty members and Presidential School administration.
  • Monitor attendance, performance, and progress of interns.
  • Organize mentorship sessions, technical workshops, and practical training activities.
  • Assist students with integration into the university environment and provide counseling when needed.
  • Prepare regular reports for the Faculty Dean’s Office on interns’ activities and achievements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Education, or related fields).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide young students.
  • Prior experience working with school/university students is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian, and English (all three mandatory).
