Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to Presidential School students undertaking internships at the School of Engineering.
- Support interns in solving academic, organizational, and personal issues during their practice.
- Distribute lessons among faculty members and coordinate with them regarding all internship-related questions.
- Work with all documents related to the interns’ studies, practice, and academic progress.
- Coordinate between university faculty members and Presidential School administration.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and progress of interns.
- Organize mentorship sessions, technical workshops, and practical training activities.
- Assist students with integration into the university environment and provide counseling when needed.
- Prepare regular reports for the Faculty Dean’s Office on interns’ activities and achievements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Education, or related fields).
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide young students.
- Prior experience working with school/university students is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian, and English (all three mandatory).
