Role Overview:
Support the Industrial Management Department by assisting with course delivery, providing academic support to students, and helping faculty members ensure high-quality education aligned with the latest industry practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and delivering lectures, seminars, and workshops related to industrial management topics;
- Support students with course materials, assignments, and practical tasks;
- Facilitate discussions and group projects, helping students understand core concepts;
- Assist faculty members in grading, assessment, and maintaining academic records;
- Help organize and coordinate guest lectures, industry visits, and workshops;
- Support curriculum development to align academic content with current industrial trends;
- Provide feedback on student progress and suggest improvements to teaching methods.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Background in Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Previous teaching or academic assistance experience is a plus;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to support and motivate students effectively;
- Familiarity with current industrial management trends and practices;
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Proficiency in [English / Uzbek / Russian] is preferred; knowledge of other languages is an advantage;
- Basic skills in educational technology tools (e.g., LMS, presentation software).
