Role Overview:
Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all academic affairs, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and student success. The Head of Academic Division will manage academic programs, faculty coordination, accreditation processes, and quality assurance to support the university’s mission and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee curriculum development, academic program delivery, and accreditation compliance;
- Lead faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluation;
- Ensure academic quality and continuous improvement of teaching and assessment;
- Monitor student academic performance, advising, and support services;
- Collaborate with other departments to align academic initiatives with institutional strategy;
- Develop policies and procedures for academic governance and standards;
- Represent the academic division in university-wide committees and external academic networks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Education, Management, or related field;
- Proven leadership experience in academic administration;
- Strong knowledge of curriculum design, accreditation, and higher education standards;
- Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills;
- Ability to manage teams and multiple projects effectively;
- Proficiency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
