Information Analysis and Strategic Development Department
Strategic Development and Analysis Department
The Strategic Development and Analysis Department serves as the university's internal consulting service to support long-term strategic development of the University. The Department provides project based and consulting services of strategic importance based on data-driven decision-making, benchmarking expertise, strategic initiatives and improvement efforts building organizational capacity and development.

Strategy and Planning: University Strategy and Development Plan
Institutional Development: Initiate and lead strategic initiatives and projects aimed at strengthening institutional competitiveness, and building organizational capacity
Benchmarking: review and propose embracing global best practices
Analytics: strategic reviews and recommendations for Senior Leadership
Ranking: coordinate the new ranking projects and University-wide participation
Accreditation: oversee coordination of the new accreditation projects
